  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content;
  • Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable);
  • Provide the copyright owner with a response within 14 days.

8. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to copyright@africapro24.com with:

  • Your contact information;
  • Identification of the removed content;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake;
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts;
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

9. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate access to our Services for users who repeatedly infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights.
